I was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago. In 2022, I started a food business called Trini Plate. Cooking and baking have been a big part of my life since childhood, where I spent a lot of time in the kitchen helping my mom with baking. I love sharing Caribbean food and culture with people who may be unfamiliar, and seeing them fall in love with flavors and dishes I’ve known all my life. Trini Plate was born out of that love of sharing and wanting to make people happy with the food I make.
